Anticoagulation or Warfarin clinics are usually run every Thursday and Friday morning . The clinic is run by a health proffesional specially trained in anti-coagulation. Warfarin is given to people to reduce the risk of strokes. If you have a family history of strokes or are concerned about strokes then speak to your GP for advice.
