Home Visits

Home visits are only for the housebound and those patients too ill to attend the surgery. If you need a home visit please let us know before 10.30am unless an emergency occurs later in the day. Please clearly state your address and telephone number and any geographical difficulties. You will be contacted and assessed by GP or nurse before a home visit. Lack of transport is NOT in itself a reason to request a home visit.  It is not harmful to bring a child with a temperature to the surgery. Facilities at the surgery are more appropriate to reviewing a patient in a clinical situation
