Diabetes

This is a clinic led by a doctor and a nurse.

We offer the service to all patients diagnosed with Diabetes, on either a weekly basis, on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings.

Please tell the reception staff if you need a diabetic appointment. It is usual for patients attending the clinic to have a blood test a week before the clinic is held.

Remember, regular checks on the treatment of your diabetes will help you to manage the condition effectively.
